CHEF Imran’s Story
Growing up in a traditional Pakistani household with just my brothers and parents, I found my own special bond with my mother in the kitchen. From a young age, I’d help her whip up delicious meals, and those moments became some of my fondest memories. As I grew older, my love for cooking only deepened. When I moved to New York, I found myself craving the flavors and warmth of home. Tired of eating out every day, I started cooking more often, experimenting with new recipes and techniques.
This passion for food eventually led me to open my own restaurant, where I could share the flavors and love of my childhood with the community. Today, I’m proud to serve dishes that bring people together, just like my mother taught me.
