Where it started — his mother's kitchen
From a young age, Imran cooked alongside his mother, absorbing the sizzle of whole spices and the pride of a meal made with care. Those memories became the foundation for everything Karahi Adda serves today.
Moving to New York, missing home
When Imran came to New York, he craved the flavors that had shaped him — real Desi cooking you can't find just anywhere. That longing for home is what led him to open Karahi Adda.
